New Patient with existing ACC $70 Regular ACC Visit $42 No need for a referral. If you have injured yourself, ACC can be filled out at the practice and sent away electronically, usually being accepted within 24 hours *Cancellation policy fee - We are generally very lenient and understand life can get busy. However a short notice cancellation (less than 8 hours before appointment time) of $20 or a full appointment fee for a no show may be charged at our discretion. |
