Our Approach

What We Do

We change people’s lives.

Changing someones life doesn’t need to be something huge or monumental. It is often something small or simple. Something others would take for granted until it’s taken away from them.
Such as; the ability to be able to pick up or play with their children, the clarity of mind with not having your regular daily headaches. The ability to look behind you when your reversing your car or getting back into playing your most loved sport that you stopped because of reoccurring injuries.

We are more than just about pain relief, we are about optimum health and living life to its fullest.

What To Expect

EXAM
A typical initial Chiropractic consultation will include a thorough case history and detailed examination to determine the need and appropriateness of Chiropractic care. You will be advised if further tests are required, or if referral to another health care provider would be best in your case

POSTURE ASSESSMENT
It is important that you understand that your spine is the foundation of health. The body is designed to have the head, rib cage, and pelvis perfectly balanced upon one another in both the front and side views. If the posture is deviated from normal, then the spine is also deviated from the normal healthy position. Unfortunately, abnormal posture has been associated with the development and progression of many spinal conditions and injuries including: increased muscle activity and disc injury, scoliosis, work lifting injuries, sports injuries, back pain, neck pain, headaches, carpal tunnel symptoms, shoulder and ankle injuries as well as many other conditions. It is for this health consequence you should strive to improve your spinal and postural alignment towards normal.

ADJUSTMENT
The process of correcting issues in the spine is called an adjustment. By applying a specific and precise force in the needed line of correction, changes in the position and motion of spinal bones can be made. Over time, this process helps restore structural integrity, correct imbalances and reduce pressure on sensitive neurological tissue

The longer your joints have been restricted, the longer it will take and the more repetitions it will need in order to make a sustainable and noticeable change or improvement. Healing takes time.

Chiropractors are highly trained professionals and have a range of techniques to suit individuals from newborns to the elderly. The specific techniques chosen will depend on your age, condition and comfort levels
